Many members of my on-line community fancy themselves as competent cooks and have kindly offered to share their favourite recipes. Naturally I cannot endorse these offerings and make absolutely no guarantee that they will even work but if you’re willing to try something a little new then who knows?
A word on variations

I’m often asked by readers whether it’s possible to substitute one ingredient for another. Oregano instead of rosemary, or veal rather than pork. And, of course, such variations are theoretically possible. However, let me ask this. WHAT GIVES YOU THE RIGHT? What makes you think that changing a recipe I have lovingly created will actually improve it?
